LikedThe overall experience is terrific. We LOVED it. Location, friendliness, cleanliness, and everything are super.
Could be betterThe maintenance is not very effective. We had issues with the shower, and it needed a lot of time to be fixed. The AC in the master room was not cold. We asked them to fix it, and it was temporarily cooling, then it was hot again ( it was last night, so I didn't bother to call again. The pool is not temperature controlled, so if you can't swim in cold water, then you will not use it.

Could be betterFor this level of property there should be nespresso machine, the pool needs to be heated and pool towels should be provided rather than the white ones in room

Could be betterتوجد ريحه الصرف الصحي وكذلك تفاجأت بعد خروجي بانهم يطالبوا ب 5 دولار قيمة صحن ضايع وللأسف لم اخذ شيء من الشقه بل تركت طقم كاسات كنت قد اشتريتها بالاضافه لتركي مواد غذائيه جديده

Liked• Beautiful design and furniture inside of apartment and in public area • Clean living space • Comfortable beds and sofas, well designed sockets position • Blackout curtains in all rooms • Closed territory with security • Great equipment of the apartment with all needed (tableware, cookware, cooking technical equipment, good hairdryer, safe, conditioner system for cooling and heating) • Very good location: near there are a lot of places to eat or drink good coffee • Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff ready to help in any situation at anytime, even at night
Could be betterNo big issues detected, but to make staying uncompromisingly perfect bathrobes and house shoes can be added There was bad smell of drainage from one of the bathrooms of the apartment

LikedEverything was absolutely perfect! Starting with the host team, they helped us have a very easy and smooth check-in. During our stay Mohra was of great help and was available for support all the time! Very very welcoming and helpful! Really made our stay much more pleasant. As for the place itself, could not be more beautiful, everything is available on the apartment, all the amenities needed where there, it was extremely clean and tidy, very spacious and newly renovated. The location is great in the middle of Maadi, you can easily reach everything in a few minutes.
