Breaking any of the mentioned house rules may lead to consequences up to premises evacuation with no refund.
House Rules
A Rental Agreement document will be sent via email to be signed electronically by yourself.
Following the Egyptian law, if any of a couple is Egyptian or Arab, they must submit an official marriage proof – “Orfi” or any unofficial documents are not allowed.
All visits require a prior email notification with the visitors’ IDs – For Arab and Egyptian guests, visitors are only allowed if of the same gender or relatives from the 1st or 2nd degree.
Events are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Housekeeping is weekly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We offer a full refund up to 5 nights before the check-in date.
Canceling before arriving by 4 nights or less will result in 50% of all unspent nights plus 1 full night.
Modifying the checkout date during the stay will result in how many nights are left then the above policy will get applied.
Extra charges may apply such as transfer fees & taxes.
The first night is calculated at the check-in time, and the rest of the nights are calculated starting at 00:00 AM of each day.
Violations
In the event that you engage in activities that violate our policies during your stay with us, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any resulting damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the property manager.
Such activities may include but are not limited to, smoking in non-smoking areas, causing damage to the space, missing items in the space, and violating any of our mentioned house rules.
You will be notified of any such charges via email within 48 hours of your checkout.
If you wish to dispute any charges, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the notification.
