Un havre de paix où on se sent tellement bien
Points fortsL’emplacement, la déco, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel… tout était parfait ! Nous avions vraiment l’impression d’être dans un havre de paix, à l’abri du tumulte de la ville. Dès que nous franchissions les portes de l’enceinte, nous étions dans un cocon, loin du bruit et du stress. Et pourtant, tout était à proximité : restaurants, supermarchés… tout se faisait facilement à pied. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, toujours souriante, attentionnée et professionnelle. Mention spéciale à Dina du service de réservation, Mustafa du front desk et Yasmine, la duty manager, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Et une pensée particulière pour le chat de l’hôtel, adorable et toujours prêt à venir chercher une caresse ! Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et nous y retournerons, c’est certain.
À améliorerLa chambre était un peu sombre et les oreillers trop fermes à mon goût, mais le lit restait très confortable. J’aurais aussi aimé qu’il y ait un miroir plus grand que celui au-dessus du lavabo — mais ça, c’est un commentaire de femme 😄
