Great place to stay in downtown Cairo
GoedThe apartment was large, modern, very well appointed, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, excellent kitchen, in a quite central location. The staff, especially Verona, were really helpful. Ours was on the 2nd floor so there was street noise, though less at night and it is central Cairo! Note that cars can't park outside so you need to be aware of this with pickups. Also no daily cleaning which can be an issue with toilet paper. Overall, it was a really good place to stay after being in hotel rooms, and in walking distance to central downtown (though hot). Would strongly recommend it.
Kan beterOnly the need to sort out disposal of toilet paper during the stay.

Kan beter

Our stay at Lemon Spaces Downtown was excellent, with great service and quick issue resolution.
GoedWe had a truly fantastic stay at Lemon Spaces Downtown. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the reception, even though we checked in very early in the morning (4 a.m.). The location is quite unique, as there is a synagogue on the street, which means that cars cannot enter the area during the night due to security reasons. However, the reception staff promptly resolved this for us, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. We were delighted to enter what we saw as a royal suite (apartment 4), which was named Ruby. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot to relax, offering a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Throughout our stay, we maintained constant communication with the reception team via WhatsApp. They were incredibly responsive and fulfilled every request we had, making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. We even conducted daily check-ins to ensure everything was going smoothly, and any minor issues we encountered were resolved promptly. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with thorough cleaning provided every day. The location of the apartment in downtown is ideal, with plenty of dining options and attractions within walking distance. Overall, our experience at Lemon Spaces Downtown was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the heart of the city.
Kan beterWhile our stay at Lemon Spaces Downtown was overall exceptional, there were a few areas that could have been improved, though it's important to note that these issues were addressed promptly by the management. We initially experienced some problems with unstable WiFi, which was a bit frustrating as we rely heavily on a strong internet connection. However, once we reported this issue to the reception, they took immediate action and resolved it during our stay, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, the sink in the master bedroom's bathroom was clogged upon our arrival. After informing the reception, they had it declogged the very next day. Similarly, the sink in the second bathroom was slightly loose, but this too was fixed promptly the day after we reported it. While these minor issues did cause some inconvenience, the responsiveness of the management and their commitment to resolving them quickly made a big difference. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable, and it certainly contributed to our positive overall experience.

Kan beterL’ingresso all’edificio, un po’ trascurato
