The interior design was phenomenal, beautifully honoring Egyptian heritage through the furniture, artwork, and decor while incorporating a sophisticated modern touch. Our suite was incredibly spacious, and the entire property felt peaceful and exclusive without being overcrowded. The pool area was stunning, and everything was impeccably clean. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location in Maadi was perfect for a quieter stay, with plenty of lovely boutique cafés and restaurants within walking distance. It was also conveniently located around 40 minutes from the airport and 25–30 minutes from Giza and downtown Cairo.

Professional, caring and helpful team which made my stay comfortable and memorable.
Можно улучшитьMainly the bathroom major defects noticed on the day of check in which had been fixed on the next day. The TV satellite cable which was disconnected and had been fixed on the next day as well. Housekeeping/ internal services need to be considered with more care, attention and professionalism

Можно улучшитьNo isolation on windows I can hear everything outside Windows need to be changed with good quality double glass to match hotel standard Slippers were missing as it’s important Pillow were hard and high I prefer providing 2 types as soft one really needed in my case
