Points fortsThe location is excellent, and the hotel itself looks amazing from the outside. The lobby is beautiful, modern, and luxurious. The rooms are also very spacious, with plenty of room and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, the location and the hotel’s design are definitely its strongest points.
À améliorerUnfortunately, we had some issues with cleanliness. The biggest problem was a very unpleasant smell in our first room, so we had to change rooms. The second room also had an unpleasant smell, although it was not as strong as the first one. While the rooms looked clean at first glance, they were not actually as clean as we expected. We wiped the room surfaces ourselves and were very disappointed to see how much dirt came off. Another issue was the $100 deposit, which we were not informed about in advance. It would have been helpful to know about this before arrival. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location and overall design are excellent. However, cleanliness and transparency regarding the deposit definitely need improvement.

Area is also very safe and walkable with security/police presence. The food court has 2 different restaurants, a café, and a convenience store and you get 15% off when staying in Iconia Lemon Spaces. Overall, a great property to stay in whilst visiting Cairo. Highly recommended
