Points fortsThe location is excellent, and the hotel itself looks amazing from the outside. The lobby is beautiful, modern, and luxurious. The rooms are also very spacious, with plenty of room and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, the location and the hotel’s design are definitely its strongest points.
À améliorerUnfortunately, we had some issues with cleanliness. The biggest problem was a very unpleasant smell in our first room, so we had to change rooms. The second room also had an unpleasant smell, although it was not as strong as the first one. While the rooms looked clean at first glance, they were not actually as clean as we expected. We wiped the room surfaces ourselves and were very disappointed to see how much dirt came off. Another issue was the $100 deposit, which we were not informed about in advance. It would have been helpful to know about this before arrival. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location and overall design are excellent. However, cleanliness and transparency regarding the deposit definitely need improvement.

Great modern apartment in a good location.
Points fortsModern building, great facilities, kind and helpful staff and good amenities such as a washing machine to use free of charge etc. location is very good, easy access to all parts of Cairo. Area is also very safe and walkable with security/police presence. The food court has 2 different restaurants, a café, and a convenience store and you get 15% off when staying in Iconia Lemon Spaces. Overall, a great property to stay in whilst visiting Cairo. Highly recommended

Points forts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lemon Spaces KHAN – Iconia Zamalek فندق جميل جدًا ونظيف، مع مكتب استقبال يعمل 24 ساعة وطاقم متعاون جدًا. النظام لديهم واضح فيما يخص وقت الدخول والخروج، ومستوى الأمان عالي جدًا، إضافة إلى أن التدخين ممنوع، مما يجعله مناسبًا جدًا للعوائل. حجزت غرفة وصالة لمدة 5 ليالي وكانت إقامة مميزة ومريحة. الموقع ممتاز جدًا في حي الزمالك، وجميع الخدمات قريبة منك. يوجد في نفس المبنى: • مقهى • مطعم • ماركت صغير نظام الفندق هو شقق فندقية: • لا يوجد تنظيف يومي إلا إذا كانت الإقامة أكثر من أسبوع أو برسوم إضافية، وهو نظام معروف. • لا تتوفر خدمة توصيل الشنط إلى الغرفة، وهذا أيضًا متعارف عليه في هذا النوع من السكن. بكل أمانة: جودة عالية، نظافة ممتازة، أمان مرتفع، وموقع رائع مقابل سعر معقول. يمكن الحجز عن طريق أكثر من موقع. أنصح به وبقوة، خصوصًا للعوائل

Points fortsوالله من افضل الفنادق اللي دخلتها في مصر اول شي لانه في الزمالك اامن مكان في القاهره لانه كلها سفارات ثانياً نظيف جداً يوجد في المبناء مطاعم وكفيه الشقق عبارة عن شقق فندقيه وإشاء الله اكرر الزيارة بدون تردد اشكر الخت شهد والاخ شعبان على الابتسامه الجميله والاخلاق العاليه

Points fortsRiesengroßes Appartment in einem neu errichteten Haus auf der Nilinsel Zamalek. Großer Innenhof mit Gastgärten von drei guten Lokalen. Kleines Geschäft, Bank und Bankomat ebenfalls im Haus. Rund um die Uhr besetzte 'Rezeption' mit sehr nettem Personal, Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Viele nette Lokale direkt am Nil und viele Geschäfte in Gehweite (5-10min)

Points fortsПонравилось всё) от момента, что со мной заранее связались по WhatsApp, подписали договор, выслала копию паспорта, так что по приезду уже всё было готово, потому что ресепшен как в других отелях отсутствует. Связь была постоянная по WhatsApp, отвечали быстро, на любые вопросы. Мне очень нравится когда есть своя кухня) все необходимое там.
