Merci encore 🙏

Mangroovy 8.25
LikedClean.
Could be betterI have rented 9 different apartments in Mangroovy before, and unfortunately this was the only disappointing one. - No washing machine and no hair dryer, although all the other apartments in the compound are well equipped. - Very poor WiFi – it doesn’t even reach the bedroom or the balcony. - At check-out, housekeeping behaved as if we were potential thieves. One person stayed checking fork by fork, spoon by spoon, even the curtains! Five minutes later, another staff member came and repeated the whole process. This has never happened in any of the other apartments I rented here. - Unlike the other apartments, there was no smart key, and no deposit system – yet the excessive checking was really uncomfortable. The only positive point is that the apartment was clean. But overall, this was my first and last time booking with Boutique Lemon Spaces.

Liked• The check-in was fast and exceptional. • Dealing with the reservations management was easy and outstanding. • The place is clean and comfortable. • The photos on the website match the reality A special thanks to the reservations team, especially Mr. Ahmed Abdelhamid.
Could be better• The place needs some additional services such as a playground and a cafeteria, similar to what is available at Zouni Beach
