We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
LikedHeel vriendelijk personeel. Iedereen stond klaar om je te helpen. De omgeving was top: een gezellige buurt met veel winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de metro. De kamer was heel netjes.
Could be betterHet water van het zwembad was ijskoud. We hebben niet kunnen zwemmen en dat vonden we wel jammer.

Brillian, Modern Hotel in Central Location
LikedBrilliant, modern hotel, large room, kitchenette, large TV with access to streaming services, lovely lemon scent in the hotel. Great central location, metro stop not too far away, plenty of shops, cafes nearby, safe area and a bank and ATM part of the building. Great food court and mini market on site, Outdoor pool. All staff were very helpful

Disgusting
LikedDiscusting hotel. Apparently converted student accommodation. The pillow had a sticky patch covered with many small curly hairs, see attached photos. There was a lizzard in the room that went behind the bed head board as soon as we checked in. I told reception, and two cleaners come with and sparyed a whole can of wd40 to kill it. They said its dead. I said im not sleeping in a room with a dead lizard. After hours of complaining, we eventually moved rooms. BUT, on the last night, they made it move back in the hariy sticky pillow, dead lizzard room. They assured me the room had been checked "myself" and that it had been cleaned. This was all lies and the same filthy pillow was there. They are disgraceful people. I pushed for a refund for two nights, which they agreed, to which i have the screentshot, and they have LIED and not refunded me. vile accommodation, there is SO much better (proper) hotels for this price.
Could be betterLying staff Filthy rooms Overpriced Unhygienic Dont honor their word on refunds
