LikedL'emplacement est parfait, calme et dans un super quartier. Le bâtiment de l'hôtel, la fontaine et la cour ont beaucoup de charme. Les restaurants et les boutiques sont très agréables. Toute l'équipe est vraiment très sympa et efficace ! L'appartement était génial, grand, moderne et très propre.
Could be betterLa piscine est décevante, un peu petite et surtout froide.

Love this hotel. Will be returning.
LikedThe location is good, close to the Metro (Saffa Hegazy) and just off the main roads so not as busy or noisy. There is a supermarket 10 min walk away and lots of restaurants close by. The hotel stay were just really helpful, polite and friendly. There are 2 or 3 restaurants in the middle courtyard to the hotel, they are open to the public and can get quite busy but we didn't hear any noise in our room on the 4th floor. The room itself was great, a very large 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the living room. The room has a kitchenette with fridge/freezer. The room was clean, the air-conditioning was strong and the shower pressure was really good. There was an outdoor pool but we were out all day and it was a bit cool in the evening so we didn't use it but it looked good. It is more of a self service suite so there is no housekeeping (I think they do it once a week if you stay that long) so you need to empty the rubbish yourself which was fine. Overall no complaints and would absolutely be returning in the future.

Ruim appartement op een mooie locatie. Een oase van rust.
LikedRuim appartement op een mooie locatie op eiland Zamalek met veel groen. Er zijn veel restaurants op loopafstand. Het was een oase van rust en het personeel was erg behulpzaam.
Could be betterDe temperatuur van het zwembadwater was helaas iets aan de lage kant, ofwel het water was te koud.
