Could be betterWir sind auf einer Konferenz gewesen und benötigten eine Rechnung, um gegenüber unserem Arbeitgeber abzurechnen. Die Unterkunft sah sich nicht in der Lage, eine Rechnung auszustellen. Wie kann das sein bei einem Hotel? Auch die Intervention von booking selbst, die darauf hingewiesen haben, dass laut Vertrag das Hotel verpflichtet sei, eine Rechnung auszustellen, hat nicht geholfen. Das Einzige, was man geschafft hat, war, uns eine Booking Übersicht zu schicken, was nicht im Entferntesten mit einer Rechnung zu tun hatte. So was habe ich in vielen Jahren mit Buchungen über Booking noch nicht erlebt. Sollten Sie also aus Businessgründen in Kairo sein, vermeiden Sie das Hotel besser, wenn Sie eine Rechnung benötigen.

I would recommend it to anyone juat book at least two months ahead.
LikedAmazing staff. Very professional. I would pick it to stay over again. Free laundry room in each floor. Restaurant food was good and prices were fair. Cleaniness is 10/10 Close to Metro station, food, barber , supermarket. Everything is a walking distance.
