非常不错的公寓，入住体验很棒
أعجبه地理位置很好，对于去埃及旅行，在开罗Citywalk很方便，房间如booking推荐上的图片一模一样，房间的布置很漂亮让人惊喜。
يمكن أن يكون أفضل因为是公寓，所以预定后提交入住前的手续比较复杂，需要用邮件方式回复许多，例如入住客人信息还有与公寓提供的短期租赁合同签署等等

REALLY DISAPPOINTING

يمكن أن يكون أفضلREALLY DISAPPOINTING. The room is considerably smaller than the photos make it appear. The pictures are misleading, as they give the impression that it is a much larger and more comfortable space. On top of that, there is an unpleasant, musty smell in the room, almost like old medicine, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable.

Double check your requirements wit the hotel in advance

يمكن أن يكون أفضل1- My first priority for booking a hotel was a view balcony with day light. When I saw the hotel profile on booking.com says, each unit includes a terrace or balcony with city views, therefore I booked my stay. Unfortunately the balcony overlooks a narrow space on the side of a building under construction, This means you'll hear construction noises all days, plus I can't sit on the balcony or even open it. The flat lack to day light which make it depressing for some one who wants fresh air with day light. I did not complete my stay with them and requested a refund for the nights or a credit for the amount, but this was refused by both the hotel and Booking.com, and the total amount was deducted. 2- There was no reception area in the building, and I was informed that reception area was under maintenance. Check-in procedures were completed at the elevator in the corridor. 3- The check-in process is complicated and lengthy. You'll be sent a residency contract that you have to fill out, sign, and return. They also request a copy of your passport. This is probably standard residency law in Egypt, but I haven't personally experienced this type of contract. You need to constantly check your messages to complete any further instructions, unlike other hotels in Egypt

أعجبهAppartamento molto grande con due camere e due bagni. Perfetto per una famiglia o due coppie di amici. Arredato benissimo, molto pulito e confortevole. Posizione molto centrale a downtown, lo consiglio.

يمكن أن يكون أفضلСпальня с двумя кроватями и гостиная выходят окнами на швейную фабрику или химчистку. Это полуразрушенное здание в 3 метрах от комнат. И там всю ночь орёт персонал. Я думал в предидущих отзывах люди нагнетают, но нет… это просто финиш. Кроме того нет стеклопакетов. Красивая рама с одним обычным стеклом. Я понимаю, что это не вина аппартамента и не знаю египетских законов о тишине, но спать невозможно. Тебе орут на ухо! Это правда жесть! Это единственный серьезный недостаток, который к сожалению происходит перечеркивает все достоинства. Проблема настолько серьезна, что на вторую ночь мы съехали в гостиницу. Букинг может провести нить это по совпадению Бронирований в ночь с 24 на 25.01

يمكن أن يكون أفضلL’odeur des égouts dans les toilettes et l’eau de la douchette ne se ferme pas malheureusement,elle était foireé et j’ai demandé de me régler le problème mais personne n’a réagi. J’ai dû passé 2 nuitées avec le bruit de l’eau qui coule non stop. Le gaspillage c’est abusé malheureusement. Le rapport qualité prix est hors norme.
