أعجبهNous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence Lemon Spaces à El Gouna et nous la recommandons sans hésitation ! La résidence est au top et très sécurisée. L’appartement était très propre, extrêmement spacieux et vraiment magnifique. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien dès notre arrivée. Les piscines sont également magnifiques et constituent un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous souhaitons également faire une mention toute particulière au réceptionniste, Ahmed Abdel Hamid, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. Il a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions et demandes, à n’importe quelle heure, et a toujours fait son maximum pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Nous avons notamment eu un problème avec Uber le matin de notre départ pour l’aéroport. Il s’est vraiment démené pour nous trouver une solution et a fait tout son possible pour que nous puissions avoir un taxi à temps, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Un grand merci à lui pour son aide et son professionnalisme ! Une très belle expérience à El Gouna, avec un appartement superbe, une résidence agréable et surtout un accueil irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

أعجبهمستوى النظافة، الاستقبال و خاصة ا عرفة تجهيز الوحدات و الأثاث جودة الاجهزة دعم فريق العمل بالكامل من عمال النقل و النظافة و الاستقبال
يمكن أن يكون أفضلملحوظة صغيرة، احد الوحدات مفترض انها كانت مطلة على المسبح، و لعدم التوافر تم استبدالها بوحدة خلفية تم التواصل مع الموقع و مكان الإقامة لكن لم يتمكن من تعويض ذلك الخطأ الغير مقصود.
