Een prachtige hidden gem in Maadi, met een sfeervolle villa en supervriendelijke staff.
أعجبهEen echte hidden gem in Maadi! Prachtige villa met veel sfeer en mooie decoratie. De staff is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt kan naast de villa bij Beano's en op Road 9 vind je bovendien veel leuke coffee bars en andere gezellige plekken. Met een Uber ben je binnen 10 minuten bij leuke restaurants, zowel aan de Nijl als in Maadi zelf. Zeker een aanrader!

I enjoyed the stay but the niggles around electricity were a bit of a drag.
أعجبهLovely peaceful spot once Inside the grounds, beautiful pool and lots of greenery. Nice touches abound and feels genuinely atmospheric and different to a generic western hotel or aparthotel. The location is surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff are lovely and genuinely helpful.
يمكن أن يكون أفضلWiFi wasn’t the fastest but was ok, multiple issues around electricity supply across my four night stay - some plugs would work but no lighting in the shower etc and the last night I was there the AC was not operable due to electricity supply. Also not sure the the pool view studio is particularly great value for the price.

Prachtig hotel, top locatie, jammer van de herrie op straat
أعجبهHeel mooi hotel in een erg leuke wijk. Mooie locatie, goed verzorgde thuin, net appartement en leuke inrichting. De wijk is levendig, heeft veel restaurants, fijne supermarkt om de hoek. Echt een aanrader voor als je niet in de drukte van het centrum wilt zitten.
يمكن أن يكون أفضلBelangrijkste nadeel: direct onder het raam van ons appartement zat een winkel dat tot laat in de avond harde muziek draait. Daarnaast zijn er veel zwerfhonden die in de nacht hard blaffen. Het hotel kan daar weinig aan doen, maar dat was - zeker met kinderen die op tijd in bed moeten - wel echt vervelend. Daarnaast zijn de kussens belachelijk dik. Daar konden we echt niet op slapen. We hebben uiteindelijk maar handdoeken opgevouwen.

إقامة ساحرة بطابع قديم، مع بعض الملاحظات في الخدمة والنظافة، لكنها لم تقلل من متعتنا بجمال وروح المكان
أعجبهالتجربة أعادتني لروح مصر القديمة المكان يحمل طابعًا تاريخيًا دافئًا ويشعرك وكأنك تقيم في قصر صغير تم ترميمه بذوق عالٍ
يمكن أن يكون أفضلواجهنا ملاحظات في مستوى النظافة عند الدخول إضافة إلى ضعف التعامل مع الموقف ، كما طلبنا ماء في اليوم الثاني وتم إبلاغنا بأنه يقدم فقط في اليوم الأول وهو أمر غير متوقع في مثل هذا النوع من الإقامة ، لكن كبسولات غسيل الملابس تم تقديمها كل يوم عند الطلب ، ورغم تعاونهم في تحمل مسؤولية حفظ الأمتعة حتى الساعة 7 مساءً، إلا أنه عند العودة لاستلامها لم يُقدَّم أي دعم فعلي لم يحضر عامل لحمل الحقائب إلى السيارة واكتفى موظف الاستقبال بالتأكد من عدم استلامنا للأمتعة ثم غادر دون أي متابعة وهو أمر غير متوقع .

يمكن أن يكون أفضلفقط صوت باب الغرف يتم اغلاقه بقوه وصدر صوت قوي في الممر لو وضع له دفاش يغلقه بهدوء افضل

أعجبهThe location, the staff, the villas, everything in this boutique residence will make your stay in Cairo a trip to remember. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, our place was very clean and spacious, the location is near great restaurants and cafes. I recommend this place to everyone going to Cairo and i will definitely be coming back.
