Poor service, lack of basic amenities, and zero follow-up from management — a disappointing experience from start to fin

We made a reservation for three people, but when we arrived at the room, we were told that the third bed could not be set up because it was already late. There were also not enough towels for three guests. When we contacted the night staff to try to resolve the situation, the employee simply said that it was “not his problem” and that there was nothing he could do. The Wi-Fi was also not working, and this was not resolved either. The following day, the hotel managers contacted us and offered a late check-out or a discount as compensation for the problems we had experienced. We then discussed a possible content collaboration with the hotel, and they agreed to it and provided us with the contact details of the person responsible. We contacted them as instructed and then received absolutely no response. What was most disappointing was not only the problems with the room, but the complete lack of care and professionalism in dealing with them. Even when the hotel itself offered compensation and agreed to continue the conversation, they simply stopped responding. We gave the hotel several opportunities to handle the situation properly, but unfortunately, they failed to do so every time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The way the entire situation was handled left a very negative impression.

Great location and spotless apartment
أعجبهThe apartment is spacious, with one bedroom, one bathrooms, bed was comfortable m, it was spotless cleaned, we stayed only a couple of nights, got to enjoy the swimming pool and the location was ideal for us. Overall we had a nice experience at Iconia

أعجبهThe Staff were amazing! Saad deserves a promotion. Great room for a family city trip. Close to shops; metro; restaurants. Easy access for Uber pick up/drop off. Sound proof; super washing machine.
