Mamma dotter resa som gick super!
LikedAllt var super men rörigt med depositionen. Massa diskussioner om dollar eller euro. Men sedan såg jag att det gick lika bra med deras pengar. Så allt förhalades och jag skickades runt att leta efter dollar eller euro.
Could be betterIngen städ eller nya handdukar om man inte ber om det. Detta visste inte vi. Borde finnas rutin att man gör det var2 el 3 dag.

Could be betterFirst of all, they don’t inform you when booking that the unit is on a higher floor (noting that there is no elevator) I was 8 months pregnant!! The staff are horrible. The way our luggage was managed was a disaster, from dealing with a frustrated employee shoving our suitcase because we had to change units (since I couldn’t go up 2 flights of stairs!!), to having one of our suitcases fly off the golf cart because the driver is going too fast without having secured everything in place. The worst part was that he didn’t even stop immediately to get it! We had to yell at him to stop. At checkout, we told them about our horrible experience and the reaction was extremely nonchalant. We were very disappointed to be honest.

Could be betterone thing to note is the security deposit required upon check-in. They ask for an insurance stay amount of 10,000 EGP, which was quite unexpected. While I understand the policy, it would have been helpful to have this information clearly stated beforehand. So, if you plan to stay here, just be prepared for that.
