First of all, they don’t inform you when booking that the unit is on a higher floor (noting that there is no elevator) I was 8 months pregnant!! The staff are horrible. The way our luggage was managed was a disaster, from dealing with a frustrated employee shoving our suitcase because we had to change units (since I couldn’t go up 2 flights of stairs!!), to having one of our suitcases fly off the golf cart because the driver is going too fast without having secured everything in place. The worst part was that he didn’t even stop immediately to get it! We had to yell at him to stop. At checkout, we told them about our horrible experience and the reaction was extremely nonchalant. We were very disappointed to be honest.

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a fresh feel to it. Staff did great ensuring everything was met promptly
يمكن أن يكون أفضلone thing to note is the security deposit required upon check-in. They ask for an insurance stay amount of 10,000 EGP, which was quite unexpected. While I understand the policy, it would have been helpful to have this information clearly stated beforehand. So, if you plan to stay here, just be prepared for that.
